People may become swayed by previous cases but that is not the true intent for having Jury is it? Jury is about getting the community involved with their perspectives but if they are biased then maybe we shouldn't have Jury at all? The Jury aren't trained so they all can be biased and might not even care. Having Jury forced to be there seems wrong and unprofessional.

It may not be a reflection of our society as a whole having the same jury but at least they want to be there and represent unlike the people that want to leave.

If the same people volunteer all the time trials might go faster since these people know what they are doing but if they continue to come they should not be getting paid, they will need to go out and find a real job and not just sit around all day in a courthouse and get fed.

With the same people trials should not be affected since trials are based on fact not opinion, if you rob a bank and seen doing it then that's a fact not fiction.

The Jury system in Australia should not be mandatory, people have better things to do then sit in court all day listening to trials and eating crumpets for lunch, if a jury doesn't care about the case then what help are they?

It's like forcing someone to go to church who doesn't belive in God.

Why force someone to hear a trial that they don't care about.

If they don't want to eat cake don't make them.

Iphones are a want and always will be, you need water,food and shelter not a phone to keep up with the stupid #BOTTLEFLIPCHALLENGE #BLESSEDTOBEHERE !

How do you survive? from eating,drinking and shelter, not from looking down at your phone!

Phones may keep you connected but to be honest they also disconnect you from the real world. Talking smack online to people won't help you get a job or a house.

A need is something that keeps you alive and healthy, a want is something you want for your own personal reasons. A phone will never be needed and there is more to life than a phone!

An Iphone in the 21st century is a need, it doesn't need to be the lastest iphone or a phone made out of gold but they are needed in this day and age.

Without phones, the world would plummel into darkness, no social media, no information, alot less communication and even trends would be alot less harder to express online.If we lost phones now it would cause chaos and im not even joking.

Futhermore, without mobile phones the world would not be safe, when your in a dangerous situation what do you do? YOU CALL SOMEONE, without phones, what would you do if someone in a white van is offering you candy? Without phones parents or anyone can't check if you are safe wherever you are.

Final response- Phones are a need in this day and age, without them, we would be disconnected.
